This means the box must not have been opened. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You must also have the receipt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging and receipt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Steps to follow:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Send us an email at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@sesana.ca\">info@sesana.ca<\/a><\/strong> mentioning your order number and the reason why you return the product.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Go to a post office to send the box back to SESANA at 539 chemin du Village, Morin-Height, J0R 1H0. We recommend using Canada Post and asking for a tracking number.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
