You have changed your mind?

SESANA accepts returns. You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of transaction.

For an eligible return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including all original packaging. This means the box must not have been opened. You must also have the receipt.

We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging and receipt.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send us an email at mentioning your order number and the reason why you return the product.
  2. Go to a post office to send the box back to SESANA at 539 chemin du Village, Morin-Height, J0R 1H0. We recommend using Canada Post and asking for a tracking number.
  3. You will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after we received the package.

Please note that the shipping fee for returns are at the customer’s expense.
